Why does Barney Frank talk like donald duck?
He sounds like Donald Duck with pneumonia, while chocking on applejuice. But seroiusly, why does he talk so weird. Because he is gay? or what. Does he have a throat problem? Why duz bawney fwank tock thso weeyd.
I can think of a dozen “funny” answers — but the prevailing answer is that he has a “slight speech impediment” yet no one seems to know exactly what the impediment is.
It just sounds gay to me.
